Meet the Speaker
Rhone M. Levin, M.Ed, RDN, CSO, LD, FAND
Rhone M. Levin, M.Ed, RDN, CSO, LD, FAND has been a Clinical Registered Dietitian/Nutritionist for 32 years, specializing in Oncology Nutrition for the past 21 years. She is a graduate of the University of Wisconsin – Madison, and received her Master’s degree from the Pennsylvania State University.
Rhone is a Fellow in the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics and is a Board Certified Specialist in Oncology Nutrition.
Rhone participated in the formation of the Board Certification Examination for Oncology Dietitians and is a chapter author on symptom management and the assessment of nutrition of cancer patients for the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics.
She is an advocate for cancer patient rights to have access to oncology dietitian care, and was honored to speak on the topic at the National Academies, in Washington, D.C.
Rhone works at Dell Children’s Blood and Cancer Center in Austin, Texas.
